Radisson Chandigarh Zirakpur

The staff are good and courteous. Rooms, bed, amenities are very good. We were upgraded from superior to Business room having 2 large beds. Bath room main tap sink, a bit messy, require change. In breakfast, Dosa, sambhar need to improve in preparation for good taste. Beet halwa was good, so was chole. Fruits choices are also good. Bakery needs improvement as per the standard of Radisson. A request to the hotel admin not to use/heat oil for long time/or reheat multiple times for frying purpose, its very very unhealthy. Harish, Ankit and their senior were very cooperative, proactive and courteous. They also gave us bakery packet for our baby.

The restaurant staff and chef were amazing. We have a Coeliac in the family. The staff went out of their way to find options, including from off the menu, to accommodate this need for us at very short notice.

This was our 3rd stay at Radisson Zirakpur. Hotel with decent standard and quality of service. Good food, spacious room with good sleep comfort.

Clean throughout, large comfortable bed, large rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff, good selection and quality at breakfast. A few shops and restaurants are nearby. Safe box in room. Fridge in room

There was a one staff at the reception was so helpful and he was so nice They helped to book my cab in the morning since my booked cab wasn't turned up Much appreciated his service . Hotel should reward these kind of staff members
